Genevieve O’Reilly is a true believer in what Emu Gully has to offer. Having been a camp attendee, and witness to countless young people undergoing its transformative programs, Genevieve has firsthand experience of the positive impact Emu Gully makes on the lives of those who attend.
As a member, Genevieve brings an informed perspective on organisational development with a career focus of empowering individuals and organisations to excel in both work and life. Ph.D. qualified in organisational psychology, Genevieve leads her own business consultancy addressing the real and pressing challenges that hinder peak performance. Coupled with a diverse background as a people and culture executive, leadership coach, program facilitator and researcher, Genevieve balances practical thinking with behavioural science when partnering with people to create organisational success.
